ABOUT
Jenny Stewart, a long-time Tofino surfer and Canadian women's surfing champion, founded Surf Sister in 1999. Dedicated to promoting women's surfing in Tofino and worldwide, Surf Sister's goal is not to exclude men from our lessons, rather it's to make sure that women feel included when trying surfing in Tofino for the first time.
Surf Sister introduces women (and men!) of all ages and abilities to the sport of surfing in a safe, fun, and supportive environment, and offers advanced technique classes too. We learn and play on beautiful beaches near Tofino, British Columbia -rated as some of the most spectacular in the world.
Come for a lesson, a weekend clinic, or stay and play longer at one of our specialty camps. No matter what you choose, we'll make sure you learn in a safe, positive environment and have a blast!
